A Message From Rev. Dave

Even if we cannot gather in person, Emmanuel God is with us.

This morning we celebrate the Epiphany. Technically speaking, the Epiphany falls on January 6, on the last day of the 12 days of Christmas – but the liturgy allows the celebration to be a bit flexible.

I’m sorry to say things are not improving in the situation with the virus. We will continue with the written services for the remainder of January and will hope to regather in February. I respectfully ask that you be attentive to your pledge in this time, and to reach out if you are in need and we can help. I continue to hold you all in my prayers. Please, if you haven’t, do get vaccinated and/or boosted and wear your masks when you go out. Stay safe and know that you are not alone.

Life is short,
And we do not have much time to gladden the hearts of those who travel with us –

So be swift to love,
Make haste to be kind,
And go in peace to love and serve the Lord.

In Christ,
David +
