A message from Rev. Dave

And Easter continues – where do you find signs of the Resurrection? What rebirth is giving you joy these days? Even on rainy days, I have gotten great pleasure from observing the lilac bush outside our living room window. Teetering on the brink of bloom, a good sunny day should make those blooms almost pop! Look for these signs of rebirth and new life, and take note of God’s presence in each one of them.

For the work that I am doing to get clearance to regather, I’d like to get a vague idea of where the congregation stands of getting and receiving the vaccine. Have you gotten it already? Did you receive both doses? Do you plan on getting it or are you not going to bother? Please respond to this email and let me know what and where you stand in this process – your response is only to me and will remain private. (And I promise I will not try and talk you into anything – I’m willing to talk with you about it though.)

Full disclosure here – I have had both doses and strongly advise you to get it. I sincerely believe this is the route to getting ahead of this thing.

Alleluia! Christ is Risen! The Lord is Risen indeed! Alleluia!

Yours in Christ,
